This lovely Peperomia plant will be happy in temperatures of around 68°F to 75°F and likes humidity levels of around 40% to 60%! It will also thrive on 4 to 5 hours of indirect sunlight daily. Mix regular potting soil, perlite, and coarse sand to care for it. Please don't be shy about using a fertilizer with a 5-5-5 or 10-10-10 NPK ratio to keep it happy!

This plant is a real sweetheart! It does best when grown in conditions that mimic its native rainforest habitat.

I'm happy to share what I know about the preferred humidity level for string of turtle plants, and it's something that's very important to them. I've found that they really thrive when the humidity level is between 60% and 90%.

I think the Peperomia prostrata, also known as the string of turtles, is a pretty easy plant to care for. All you need to do is make sure you have a planting medium with good drainage. It's really important that your plant has a pot with drainage holes so it can grow well.

String of Turtles does well in high humidity, especially in the winter. You can also mist the plant regularly or use a humidifier nearby.
