Hey, do you know how to propagate string of turtles?
There are really three ways to propagate this plant: air layering, stem cuttings, and root division. But I'd suggest using the stem cutting method since it's easier and not too difficult.
I usually grow more plants by cutting a piece from the stem and putting it in water.
1. Make a cut on a healthy stem.
2. Place it in a water planting medium.
3. I always change the water every two to three weeks.
4. Then, you just have to be patient and watch the roots grow.
5. When you see roots, you can move it to a pot with good drainage.
Don't worry, it's very easy! You can use the stem cutting method, which is 3-4 inches long with at least one leaf node.
This plant is an effortless joy to propagate! You can use the stem-cutting methane in water and wait for the roots to form. When you see new roots, you're ready to plant them in a well-drained medium, like a cactus and succulent mix.
